Kickboxing for fitness-Learn basic kickboxing moves while toning muscle,aerobic conditioning and boost your self confidence! The class includes bag work so bring your stress and leave it at the Studio! (all levels)
Combat-Kickboxing- Get ready for the workout! If wearing out the Wavemasters and bag work is what you want then this class is calling your name! ( all levels)
Body Worx- weight training focusing on lighter weights and more reps. More time will be taken during this class on posture and correct positioning.
Kick n Dance- This new mix in the morning is 30min of Cardio Dance Blast with 30min of Cardio Kickboxing
Total Body Sculpting- Great for beginners to advanced, complete resistance training workout from head to toe focusing on the core. This class covers every inch, carving your body into the shape it was meant to be.
Body Shock- This class is for those who are not afraid of a little sweat, constant body confusion to produce optimal results.
Zumba- Fuses hypnotic musical rhythms and tantalizing moves to create a dynamic workout system designed to be fun and easy to do.The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms, and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Add some latin flavor into the mix and you've got Zumba!
Zumba for beginners- Rita breaks it all down for you with more one on one and just a little slower.
Zumba Toning- Everything you love about Zumba mixing in some light weights for some extra sculpting and toning.
Lift & Shift- 30mins of our Cardio Spin with 30min of upper body weight training using 2.5lbs to 5lbs bar bell weights. Its a full body workout!

Beginner Spin -You will learn all of what you need to know to experience a great spin class and have one on one time to ask questions. Learn proper bike set-up, the importance of the resistance knob, riding form and many more tips to make this class one that will need to be on your list of cardio workouts.
Semi- Private Classes- In order to provide the most flexable to our members we offer semi-private group training instruction. Groups of members interested in specialty class ( outside of regular schedule) can be assembled to meet regularly. Cost is $10 per session with a minimum of 4 sessions required.* Times and prices may vary depending on trainer/instructor
20/20/20-Cardio/Buns/Abs-Get a whole body workout and increase your heart rate in one hour! Utilize the step/floor to get your heart rate up,a nd you will learn a variety of lower body toning techniques utilizing the sability balls,bands,gliders and your own body weight. Finish the class with a mid-scuulpting ab workout! Its a hot class, check it out.
20/20/20-Intro to power step, toning and abs- This class is designed for people that would to like learn power step and want a little more.
Cardio Fusion- This class is a cardio workout focusing on basic step aerobic principals. For anyone who has never stepped before, this class is a good way to learn the language of basic step aerobics. We took the dance out and added the muscle!
Cardio Dance Blast- Its the funest cardio workout you will ever have. Dance the calories away! Great music ( 80s, pop and Hip-Hop) all come together with this easy to dance to energizing class. Join the Dance!
HIIT- The future of weight loss revolves around high intensity interval training, also known as HITT. Power-Step- This high-energy step class offers intermediate step with advanced power options. This is a choreographed class that layers movement. (INTERMEDIATE/ADVANCED)
Boot-Camp- ( Advanced) heart pumping cardio drills, full body muscle toning, motivating group relay races, killer calisthenics, obstacle courses, and games. (you must be evaluated before taking this class)
