Jenell Garcia- (Group Power,Turbo Kick,Step,Full Body Toning, Weight lifting, Circuit training and Bodypump) I have been a fitness instructor for the past 4 years and my most recent accomplishment has been Turbo Kick. Rita Lopez -AAFA certified personal trainer (Power Zumba, Cardio Dance Blast) I have been a huge fan of working out and dancing since I was young. When I was first introduced to Zumba I totally fell in love with the fact that you can get an awesome cardio workout and have fun at the same time. You can keep zumba at any level you want whether you are a beginner or have been doing zumba for a long time. I started to see amazing results and feel so much better about myself within a few weeks. What is even better is that I could incorporate my love to dance with my exercise and make it sexy and fun. Come shake your groove thang with me and see how not only your body will change, but your attitude too!!!!
Erica Fritz-I became a group/personal train in 2003 thru the YMCA of USA. I also recieved my Principles of Healthy Lifestyles from the YMCA. I also held a USA Boxing certification. I have been trained in ringside kickboxing and teach kicking boxing, step, hip hop, bootcamp, and strength training. I have 18 hours of Kinesology from UTA including the biophysical principles of human movement and the care of prevention of athletes. I have been with Studio One since it opened in 2008. I personally have completed well over 20 local 5ks. I completed my first half (13.1 miles) this March and my second in July. I am scheduled to complete my third one in December of this year. I really enjoy working with children as well. I taught a kids kickboxing class in the summer of 2010. I am currently employeed by WISD as a Physical Education Aide while I complete my degree as an EC-6 teacher with a minor in Kinesiology.
